Visions of spring

unveil the wild Child

underneath my skin.

polarizes into the play and conflict of opposites.

The cauda pavonis ( linked, see 1.4 The Peacock's Tail ) of the Peacock's Tail takes place about the same time as the Albedo or alchemical Whitening of consciousness, and is equivalent to schizophrenia in divine madness, where consciousness atomizes, fragMenting back to dust, and displays the psychedelic colours hidden in the clear Light of Mind.

Apparently the fifth eleMental essence of divine Love started to seed forth in consciousness a few thousand years ago. But, according to scholars, it did not fully bloom until the 11th century, at the time of the troubadours and courtly love.

Since then its explosive and creative force has sent a shock-wave through history! Even today you see tough men, in their warrior uniforms, inspired by the sonic bloom of Love, buying the soft and pretty flowers of the cauda pavonis, the unity light of Love giving birth to the divine Child. The aim of flowers is to invoke the spirit of enLovenment from another, so as to be atOned.

The explosivity of the heart has changed the course of hisstory. The divine Serpent, the gnosis of Sophia, resurfaces after "a thousand years" locked down in Hades' ground. The scarlet Beast, "the pregnant and great prostitute who sits on many waters" (Revelations), births forth again!... in another attempt to integrate Love into consciousness.

"Suffer the little children come unto me." Jesus. There's a curious link between the old and the young. Old age often brings with it dementia and a regression to childlike behaviour. This can be ameliorated if the elderly can recapture their artistic inspiration, which, I've noticed, can still operate well, despite brain deterioration. In nursing homes today, they are starting to invoke the Muse of music to inspire new life into people.

Children also seem to be happily afflicted by a kind of pre-mentation or "prementia," where they rely on their innate inspiration to guide them. Perhaps that's why they can surprise us with their intuitive wisdom and telepathic understanding. Could it be that the pure light of consciousness can enthuse, motivate, animate, and communicate directly through inspiration?

Adults see it as their job to make children "think straight," grow up, become civilized and rational. But Jesus says we have to become like children again if we are to enter the divine kingdom of consciousness.

The great prostitute of Gaia, fallen Earth, exorcises (brings forth) and embraces her daimonic Child of light, Lucifer. The fallen stone is raised up by Christ and his holy Wind of pneuma (spirit), "lapis elevatus cum vento."

According to troubadouric lore, the wandering Christ-like prince woos with his heavenly, asexual love. But the old husband (Yahweh) lurks in the background of consciousness, jealous, judgeMental, and possessive! No wonder these love-messengers were persecuted by the Catholic Church; after all, southern France was at the time a hotbed of gnostic Catharism.

The truth that they had been worshipping a creator god of jealousy, judgement, war, and polarization, for a thousand years was too much for Catholics to see! And so Love and her light-Child were cast down again for another thousand years.

The "door" (Luke 13:24), the "key" (Rev 1:18), and the "cherubim," must all be conceived. Having unhinged the door, and found the key to understanding Hades, I am now confronted with the fiery and atomizing blade wielded by a winged-Child of light! Burned, blackened, and disintegrated, ashes to dust, I must face the archetypal presence, joy, beauty, and spontaneity of non-judgeMental and in-no-sensory innocence of Being.
